Tom Gilheany Event Organizer
Tom is currently a senior consultant and architect in the VoIP and CyberSecurity product and service market. His various roles in startups and large tech companies include 5 years in product management, 12 years in technical marketing, and 14 years in IT/Operations.
Jim Schibler Session Chair
Jim Schibler has excelled in product management and marketing for over 25 years. He brought multiple generations of innovative laboratory software to market, and managed SD Forum’s Marketing SIG for four years. He’s currently consulting while looking for his next full-time gig.
Jeffrey Blake Social Media Chair
Jeffrey is a versatile web and social media strategist who is skilled at simplifying, communicating and solving complex technical issues. He is an experienced software architect and is involved with several startups working on getting funding. He has been involved with Product Camp since 2009. In his spare time he is a personal brand evangelist.
Steve Chen Volunteer Chair
Steve is an associate product manager in the financial lending compliance space. Years ago he predicted the mortgage market’s future troubles, but he wasn’t clever enough to capitalize on that. In his spare time, he likes volunteering, taking photos, and playing with guinea pigs.
Victor Chong Sponsorships Chair
Victor is a product guy focused on e-commerce and consumer web. He is an eBay product manager overseeing advertising and local deals. In his spare time, he tries and usually fails to raise his tennis game. Victor also leads sponsorship efforts at Silicon Valley Product Management Association.
Debashish Niyogi Site Logistics Chair
Debashish is a versatile product management leader with over 10 years of experience in managing software products, primarily in the life sciences and content management markets. Currently he is a product management consultant and provides innovative solutions and services to companies ranging from large corporations to small startups. He has participated in five product camps, and this is his third consecutive year on the organizing committee.
John Wang Food / Beverage Chair
John is a product manager who has a passion for process integration. Previously, he was a software engineer with a focus on web development. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, running, spending time with family, and occasionally raising goldfish. John first volunteered at ProductCamp in 2012.
Shyla Klinder SVPMA Advisor
Shyla has over 20 years of combined experience in product management, consulting, and software engineering at companies such as Wells Fargo, Wanteet Inc, Move Inc., SAP, Sybase. She is currently President at SVPMA, responsible for the vision, long term strategy and growth of SVPMA. She also spends time as product and strategy Consultant for early stage software companies and non-profits.
Dan Galatin Social Media/Web
Dan has over 20 years of combined experience in product management and software engineering at companies such as Keynote, Actuate, and Oracle. He is currently the Co-Director of Communications at Silicon Valley Product Management Association. In his spare time, Dan enjoys volunteering at his twin kindergartners’ school and rooting for the Warriors, Giants and 49ers.
Sam Lee Sponsorships and Hospitality
Sam is a Finance and Accounting Professional with over 25 years experience working with Start-ups to Public international companies. He has also co own and operates his own consulting and marketing business. Sam has served as Controller, Director of Finance, Chief Administration Officer / Business Manager, and CFO in different industries. Sam’s wide industry experiences include professional services – law, engineering, mass communications, environmental services, construction, real estate, internet technology, non-profits and government / defense contractors. Sam graduated with a BS in Finance and an MBA in international Finance from Saint John’s University.
Michelle Mullin Product Camp Advocate
Michelle has held positions in product management, business development, sales and marketing for a variety of Silicon Valley companies, including HP and a collection of smaller technology firms in semiconductors, optoelectronics, telecommunications, systems, and software. Michelle has worked with Santa Clara University for many years; she was the youngest alumna to serve on the Board of Directors for the Alumni Association, followed by serving as chair of the Technology Committee and president of the Board. She was also a member of the Board of Regents following graduation. She continues to be active, planning large-scale events, including 5 years running the SCU Annual Wine Festival.
Patrick is currently Director of Marketing at Numerify. With a degree in English and a diverse background, including event management and IT systems, Patrick hopes to apply his talents to improve the attendee experience at Product Camp.
Happy Dog Product Camp Ambassador
Happy Dog runs the marketing firm, Keeping it Happy. Its purpose is to help companies boldly share their product and company happiness to the world. He has been volunteering at Product Camp since 2014.
